Absolutely gorgeous dragon, and the whole image is pretty impressive.
Some things that could be improved though:
The mountains seem to have too much stripes. As you can see in your own reference, it's more the case of random spots and blotches, while the snow parts only have variations in tone with no strokes or such.
Then the air perspective is used a bit awkwardly, because it looks misty and blurry, while again in the reference the outlines are still sharp, only the color and amount of contrast get less. Also the misty snow blowing across the left side seems out of place, as if it was too high up, too visible or too misty, not sure, but it does not look like actual snow or wind.
The dragon could be interacting with the mountain more - the dust where it touches the mountain is too sketchy, something like a little snow avalanche or small falling rocks would do. Also the shadow of the wing is missing the shape of the actual wing and individual feathers.
The clouds are sloppily compositioned and the brush usage on them is too visible. I've seen amazing clouds from you, so I know that you can do better than this.
The front humanoid figure is very nicely drawn, but could be put in the composition better, since it took me a while to notice it there (or maybe that was the point, for it not to be obvious?).
Really nice work though, every time your drawings get more epic and awesome, can't wait to see what you'll come up with next.
Finally, real honest critique. Though I think the originality didn't have to take such a hit in the judgement. There's not much like this that I ever see.
I would disagree here. I have seen my fair share of magicky/warrior person in foreground, massive dragon in background pictures.
Thank you so much for your critique^^ I'll try to get better)))
